Orders ship within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Delivery typically occurs 3–5 business days after shipment if using free economy shipping option.

You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

International

Orders ship within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Delivery typically occurs within 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Use FlossPoint during training for 30 days.

If it doesn't improve movement quality under load, return it.

No fine print. No hidden conditions.

What We Mean By This

FlossPoint is designed to address tissue restrictions that limit loaded movement. If you apply it properly and it doesn't change how tissue responds under training demand, it's not the right tool for your situation.

We'd rather you return it than keep something that doesn't work.

How to Return

Email support@flosspoint.com with your order number and a brief note about why FlossPoint didn't meet expectations.

We'll send you return instructions and issue a full refund once we receive the product.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for domestic orders.

For international orders, contact us before returning—we can often provide a prepaid label to reduce return costs.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after we receive your return.

It may take an additional 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
